Hi all,
Think this may be my first time posting here. Am having lot 007 in Sephira, 35/116. Gotten the keys and excited!  Qilin331, am thinking of putting a glass skylight in the courtyard.  .... allows light, without the rain. Am a bit scared that the heavy rains in our country may actually overflow into the living & dining rooms. Not too sure how well the courtyard drainage is. |

Hi all, am wondering if there are any 22x80 Sephirans that want to share in getting the architect's drawing? I think the total cost was about RM 200, which includes an Autocad drawing.
This would be good to pass to your contractors, especially those that may want to do some renovations, but am not sure where the structural beams, columns, etc. are. Do PM me if interested? Thank you. |
