I've done so but apart from the usual "we're looking into it" response, nothing much has happened before.
I like Asus & think that their machines are great but the stories I keep hearing about the service center is starting to scare me.
Hope they do something about it fast as MSI is starting to look good.

the GT 60 IS MUCH MORE powerful then the g55, it has gtx 670m..but i have a feeling that the gt60 is much more expensive then the g55vw..even the ge60 is rm4100-4399( more expensive than the g55),gt60 should be more..and service centre for msi i dont know where
