weird.. starting to feel laggy in modern warfare 2 multiplayer suddenly and im not talking about internet lag lol. anyone encounter before?

8GB -slot 4 --------------> latest upgrade? right under keyboard ( easy installation)

or

8GB-slot 2---------> at laptop bottom( complicated installation)

lol reporting in here quite late... asus service centre in JB taking forever to check my laptop. Called them twice they still say they are investigating the problem... hais.....

try do clean reinstall of 3dcard driver

It should be this configuration.

G53SX default Samsung 4GB is installed at Slot 1.

Godlike War install it in
Slot 4 - 4GB (Below the keyboard.)
Slot 2 - 4GB (Above Slot 1, at the bottom panel)

Yes, it would still be able to run in dual channel.

Still dual Channel. Have u even google before asking? Sandy Bridge does not support Triple channel. Heck Sandy Bridge has highest memory bandwidth even with just dual channel.

I have 2 of those Corsair value RM70+ RAMs.. They install well, quite tricky to get them out of the package, dropped one of them from table height sweat.gif

I wonder where to get those lower latency DDR3 RAMs hmm.gif

AFAIK,the only Intel Board supporting Triple Channel Memory is Intel X58 which is Nahelm platform.

Good luck finding it. Still wondering stick to another stick of Mushkin D9 RAM or Corsair. hmm.gif Neway, I'm out of budget for this month. cry.gif

The next thing that contribute to the laptop startup slow is the 5400RPM hard disk. Hmm....

Was contemplating reinstalling clean windows.... side note can I like the 2 HDDs to run raid 0 ? Just wondering...other than a SSD approach

arghhhh.. my games start to lag wtf @!$$S even when i play battlefield with the same settings before, now i can feel the stutters and mini lags. omg so much problem on this laptop pfft. i have reinstalled the nvdia driver but no difference. anyone got a clue?
