whats fraps? its already off -.- it was ok all along, just began too lag in all games yesterday and i dint even install anything lol.

Its safe... My proc max at 85-86 like that
 Wont permanent.. Just when needed, it will stay. Some games improved very much with ThrottleStop, like GTA IV |
