QUOTE(Matrix @ Dec 7 2011, 09:05 AM) Don't dream. DIGI despite being a major telco...DON'T HAVE A PHONE LINE CONTACT FOR THEIR SHOPS. Basically, they don't want to entertain people, that's why. I just have a nice chat with DCHAT on how useless they are. You have to Walk-in. Like how they do it in the 16th Century. Unbelievable isn't it? I once went to DiGi Times Square to sign up for a one-day promo. The system was down, they asked me to return to check after 2 hours. I asked for a number to call but they don't have one. So they expect me to hang around for 2 hours but the system could still be down after that! And they could not extend the one-day promo even though it's their fault I couldn't sign up and I had to stay there all day. When my contract expires, I'll take my money to Umobile. So if i want to sign up phone plan, the store no stock, i have to run all over the state one by one just to see which store has stock. Brilliant. Just Brilliant. QUOTE(bornd @ Dec 3 2011, 06:09 PM) yeah.. i did chat with online chat.. Online chat is hopeless, forget about them. If you're lucky, they don't know what you're talking about. If you're unlucky, they give you wrong info.they said still need to come with the owner to change it. I just hoping if there will be some other way to do it. Besides, I don't care if i need to pay the balance if needed as long I can get the number. Changing from supp line to main line can be done with a letter of authorization from the main line owner. I've done it before at BTS (I'm a supp line holder). If your main line owner cannot be reached, you'll have to be resourceful This post has been edited by Dannyl: Dec 8 2011, 01:38 PM |

It's like this.
You pay RM1199+500+68 =RM1767 RM1199 is price of the device RM568 is the upfront payment which will be used to pay your monthly bills. RM568 divided by RM48 is about 12 months. This means that you don't have to pay your first 12 months monthly bills of RM48/month because you already paid RM568 upfront payment for it already This post has been edited by -kytz-: Dec 8 2011, 05:50 PM |

But DIGI won't deduct 48 for 12 months. You pay RM1199+500+68 =RM1767 568 will be used to deduct your monthly charges regardless of the amount. (If first month bill is 150, you will have -418 as a balance. Second month bill 78, balance will be -340, and it's go one until the advance payment finish) The RM 48 only can be enjoyed when you register for auto payment (which is only done upon request by customer). Anyone knows what's going on with DiGi's line lately? It's super super hard to send text messages out. At times its okay and the text gets sent out quickly.. at times i have to make a call to sort of "push" the network so that the msg will be sent.
