My voicemail already deactivated long ago, but I send the request again last night. Normally, after that, just get a system sms to say already deactivated previously. But, this time I got the same weird message as you.

It seems DG expanded the voicemail options recently, since I see the menu got more complicated than before. I suppose there are still some technical issues.

Guys, just curious, for the iDiGi RM60 plan 2X @ 2GB, will be revert back to 1GB per month after the date it stated ?

Or does the term means that subscribers that subscribed to iDiGi before that date is getting 2GB for the whole contract period?

Anyone has the phone number of DIGI stores at the Gardens ? I have approached few other DIGI stores to get the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 but none can be found.

Just ask this on last Tuesday, was told by the staff if u sign contract with them, u can enjoy the 2gb data until the end of contract.

Used smartplan for nearly 2yrs..the speed only averages from 500 up till 1.3mbps for my case. I dun think it able to achieve so high. Advertising mah 14.4mbps..haha. however as I posted earlier some of the new users able to get 3 to 6mbps on average..oh well.

Is anyone experiencing bad HSPDA reception around Puchong lately? Usually its stable but for the past 2 weeks it's been dropping to EDGE or GPRS quite often.

Yes, I've been using the internet unlimited plan for several years prior to this and if not mistaken, it was only about 385Kbps only. I've heard some "rumours" that apart from LTE, they will also be rolling their DC-HSDPA networks soon - so was wondering if I, currently tied with SP68 contract would benefit from this OR would I be required to sign-up for a separate plan (basically, is the speed actually tied to the plan or it's universal across DG).

Maybe you can check what apn your Opera Mini is using, I think it needs to be digiwap rather than diginet.

Anyway, it's best to check with DG CS.

let me guess u r on digi prepaid right? speed for prepaid is terribly slow...and as for LTE, the two big giants has released their LTE and available for the public to test in their main centers.. normally users can continue the benefit of improvement done by digi, so there is not necessary to sign-up again...

Just called up Digi CS to confirmed some stuff. Here is what i got:-

I got all these information confirmed by 1st & 2nd Level Technical Support Team.

1. Auto FREE upgrade additional 2GB until 31/March/2013. After that will remain back NORMAL.

2. All Smart Plans after Sept 2011 or above will be capped at 64mbps after exited quota.

3. Those who is old customers which registered for Smart Plan without contract, will NOT get any FREE additional upgrade of 2GB.

4. Old customers line will be capped at 128mbps instead of 64mbps, because mine I registered before the "MIS".

Actually it was the DG50 postpaid + Internet Unlimited 58 (was one the first no quota internet plans). But if I remember correctly, either the cust. service or the old writeup stated average of 384Kbps only.

Yes, I remember when the 2 giants came with 3G, DG came with EDGE and continued expanding theirs for sometime. Actually I would prefer they do the same for their HSDPA as many LTE users worldwide have complained of high battery drain over HSPA.

PS: Nexus 4 (checked on HW_Revision 11) has an LTE radio but no booster/antenna. Unfortunately, it's not Category 7 but Cat 3 or 4 (primarily used by Canadian and a few US telcos)
