i tested my digi 48 plan n the best speed i got is 1568kbps around 6pm n then 1380kbps 1322kbps 1155kbps between 8.00pm-8.10pm i dont know if this is considered ok or not

Afaik, cannot change to prepaid from postpaid of the same telco. But you can use mnp to change to prepaid of other telco, and then mnp back to digi prepaid.

if Pahang of course DIGI line very bad coz DIGI actually no line there... Maxis or Celcom only have line there

and maybe he mean 3g coverage...
to be honest... digi only has 3g at 2 places in pahang...

Before that what phone u using? My friends who use note 1 and 2 face this problem too, even they off all apps, average 1x mb data used per day...

Erm. Then for RM68 plan or RM48 plan? Got discount? My sister friend's working at DiGi and i'm considering moved to Ambassador plan.

I accidentally  put my DG Postpaid ( no data plan ) on Data/3G and in abt 4 hours it incurred an unbilled amt of >rm300 ~ i only noticed it when i received a sms stating that i have breached the 50% usage limit

Not sure over their latest policy now, but previously, DiGi need first owner to do warranty claims.

1 of my friend try before, he went digi and claim that the phone was a gift by a friend. Then digi staff will ask for the owner phone number, he told the staff he lost the number. End up he still able to claim 1 to 1 exchange...

my mom got a new samsung galaxy y but din subscribe to a internet plan coz she has wifi at home. so the other day we connect to our wifi  n download 3 apps, whatsapp, viber and tapblox to her phone.
Because she is my supplementary line n i am the principal line i got a sms saying i reached 80% of my credit limit and i was shocked coz my bill is never above RM250 each mth.. so i called digi customer service n they said they cant check unbilled transactions and i have to login my account to check so i did. at first i suspected my roaming charges coz i went hk last week but under my bill it was less than RM30 only
then i saw under my supplementary line it was gprs charges n its a whopping RM590  so my question is is there a maximum cap per mth for internet charges in digi and how can downloading 3 apps cost so much? its only less than 50mb plus we are connected to wifi but they charged us gprs.. so what can i do.. i cant let my mom know and i wanna settle this before she know

Surprisingly the reception got better after upgrading my iPhone 5 to 6.1.3

Less problems with calls now. Will need to observe more to confirm though.

And one more thing, I wonder if DiGi will come up with LTE of 1600Mhz since their iPhone plans are one of the biggest features of their company.
