Yes, usually announcement will be made for everybody in the dorm to pass their dirty linens. That situation didn't happen before, so I'm afraid that I can't answer it.

Even if it does(*touch wood* tongue.gif), you can report it to the camp authorities so they can help to get you another one

Rigorous activities? What about the trainers there? Are they friendly? Were M16 guns often used by trainees? And what about the facilities there?
*
The activities are pretty much standardised throughout the camps.. well..trainers...if you arent breaking any rules they can be friendly... the M16 guns can only be used at the sg besi army camp..there are no guns in the camp...well maybe some trainers will carry those bob guns...

Facilities are very good... it's one of the top camps around Malaysia...so don't need worry about that..

umm.. i think if want to chat with the opposite gender, one needs the right timing ba.. for instance, its not wrong (in the camp) to talk to the opposite gender while walking together towards the gathering area kua..

trainers usually will just sound you only when you sit beside the opposite gender. but not on weekends and class (also performances) sweat.gif

oh.. during aktiviti riadah, it is best (for them) to separate boys and girls.

Yes. Unless you can live with their blankets (the brown and wooly blankets usually found in hotel rooms)

Not really. They will provide two kinds, the thin one and the thick one, mentioned by zstan.

The only time you can chit chat with girls are during class, where trainees are assigned to different groups and breaks between classes. When it comes to free time before dinner(riadah), its another opportunity.

Usually, boys and girls are separated, including mealtime and camp gathering(berkumpul di dewan)

For Sundays, its another shot to take when families arrive to meet up with their children.

what your guys time to chat with girls? i mean during what time.

What he meant was, at the NS camps, there are no M16 guns.
For the M16 firing practice, you guys will be transported to for example, Sg. Besi army camp, to fire them.
However, the army might send some soldiers with the M16 to teach you all how to assemble and dissemble the M16 and other know-how like safety switch and removing and attaching the magazine.

NS camps and army camps are different things.

Sure brings back memories, firing the M16 was fun!
And also a little contest of dissembling and reassembling the M16 the fastest. If you do it slower than any of the girls, you will be ridiculed by your company-mates for sometime.

I went it rather late, after completing my university before I started to look for a job. I was the oldest there and in fact, I was older than some of the trainers there.

Some activities, especially the classroom ones were rather childish (I could not believe being 23 years at that time, I would be playing with color pencils and magic color pens) but educational in some ways and I learned a lot.

I am from Kem Princess Haliza, Sepang and the name speaks for the facilities itself.
