I am an ex NS trainee and i don't remember needing to disemble the gun completely... all we were taught was how to attach the magazine to the gun...and how to switch the gun from single shot mode to automatic mode.. and how to aim..that's all about it...

QUOTE(heyafrika @ Dec 2 2011, 08:46 PM) but some of them extend stpm classes after they complete camp too^^ Yeap the choice is entirely yours. Stopping halfway means u won't probably get the chance to use the m16.

QUOTE(babycry123 @ Dec 3 2011, 12:36 AM) yeah now im getting excited and i cant wait to get into ns now. my question: can anyone give me food list in ns? (breakfast, lunch, dinner) i was in kem setia ikhlas, semenyih breakfast: bread with sugar/nasi lemak/mee goreng lunch: rice with chicken(red sauce, some brown sauce, curry). the chicken is still ok actually. but the fish sucks. i usually skip the meal if the serve fish and eat maggi mee instead. dinner: same as lunch my camp has a gerai selling nice nasi lemak during at night so it's not too bad. otherwise i would steal papadam from the vegeterians.

QUOTE(Cassee @ Dec 4 2011, 08:51 PM) WEHHH. HOW BIG should my luggage be? Do we bring back alot of clothings from the PLKN? And can anyone suggest how many normal tshirts , tracksuit , pants to bring. *Clueless* Well your parents can visit you every 2-3 weeks so if you need something just ask them to bring lo, unless you get sent across the sea. number of clothings depend entirely on how hardworking you are to wash your clothes.

QUOTE(KuzumiTaiga @ Dec 5 2011, 08:58 PM) Rigorous activities? What about the trainers there? Are they friendly? Were M16 guns often used by trainees? And what about the facilities there? The activities are pretty much standardised throughout the camps.. well..trainers...if you arent breaking any rules they can be friendly... the M16 guns can only be used at the sg besi army camp..there are no guns in the camp...well maybe some trainers will carry those bob guns... Facilities are very good... it's one of the top camps around Malaysia...so don't need worry about that.. QUOTE(babycry123 @ Dec 5 2011, 09:11 PM) inside the camp, how do we chit chat with girls during weekend? why do you need to wait until weekends to chit chat with girls?
