i think is quite a norm for SOHO without car park given. there will be season car park available for rent though

southbank is 630psf. 1 car park. monorail (if any) within walking distance. somemore can use the link to npe (build by mrcb). but one thing, 9seputeh is partly furnished, tower c and d provide 2 car park.
