Any sifus out there can tell me how this place compares to Midfields 2?

went to 9seputeh showroom last week and the ID design is very nice. any idea when the soho will launch? and what price?

u didnt get urself a unit there? or waiting for soho?

i can only afford the small unit and it's all gone ... put my hope on the soho now. heard the new phase of viva residence will not have small unit. is that true?

i see.. yeah the 2 bedder were all sold out so quickly.. viva is the next 4 blocks ? the current one is vivo residence right? if this is the one you are talking about.. the concept will be the same as the launched block C & D. hence there would still be small unit.. this was what i heard from the SA.

Just noticed high tension wires running beside the development, right beside the shoplots. Might be a problem for those who buy units near the northern side.

But then everyday I drive past icon residence currently under construction in segambut dalam (supposedly mont kiara) and u should see how close the cables are to the building. Wonder how they manage to sell the units?

They are along Lorong Hanim, just in front of the corner shoplot mamak. There is a 9 Seputeh sign just before the Lorong turning from Old Klang Road. Man those tension towers are huge, hope no one stays next to those wires.

Alot of HTC are not efficiently in use anymore.

What this means is that if they can successfully divert all power transmission to underground ones means HTC are only standing structure as it is.

TNB has plans to revamp them and who knows in years to come (the bigger problem is the land) will no longer see HTC in around KL.

Really? That can't be the case because they are erecting new huge ones at Cheras Taman Connaught & along Federal Highway near Empire. I'm sure most of you who have keen eyes would have noticed the horrible structures.

What other urban development projects has this developer worked on in the past?

Suasana Sentral, Suasana Sentral Loft, all the buildings at KL Sentral, some townships, etc.

if abandon htc can turn to art piece lagi terar.... or turn to vertical gardening tower.
9 seputeh price sure shot up. bad view turn sibeh priceless view.
