you can call up the developer, they said Q3 of this year. soft launch anytime subject to mgmt approval.

Taking registration for now. Just got to know it's a leasehold land, abit sien diao...

700psf with direct linkage to "approved" monorail station, that means 1/2 stations to midvalley, 2/3 stations to kl sentral, and probably another 4-5 stations to BB.

Justifiable. However, I have doubts on the success of commercial unit.

DBKL has plan to transform all the oxidation pond to the underground treatment plant. The pond will be diverted to outskirt of KV for centralized processing. Again this is a long term masterplan, Malaysia boleh or not dunno yet

No, not confirmed. but developer has get the approval to build direct linkage of bridge to the monorail station if it happen (keyword is IF)

How can the SA be so sure? I think I will prefer a black and white on this...looking at the site it will be very costly to build the linkage, and I couldn't identity the place where they can link the bridge.

buyer are paying for the "link to monorail" and the "propose flyover to NPE"

However, based on my 0.01 info:
- There will be 7 phases (could be more)
- each phase is about 10%-20% increase in price!

Buy now or regret kind of pressure selling...
