It's frustrating. Emailing poslaju doesn't seem to work. Calling both their Hotline and Overseas # doesn't work too.

An item I purchased left Russia on 31st Mar 2020, and it has been 10 days and yet no updates on the tracker. Getting worried at the same time. Hope my item is safe.
