Never buy from online store which are not popular. There are many online store just had to be careful!

Here's my damage I experienced early this month! Replacement received but still have to involved shipping cost, this is due to local handling! Sometime POS MALAYSIA really f*** up!

But purchasing online you cant avoid is:-

1. Custom duty
2. Damaged box
3. Damaged models

Waaa the damage is really very bad. You HAVE to raise a case with Ebay, which will open a dispute on paypal for u.

But before that, you ask yourself first, can you live with the damage and possible u fix it? if u can, u can message the seller showing him the damages and ask him for a partial refund. Most sellers, especially those with good feedbacks, will acced ti your request if it is not too unreasonable..

that time i bought my first (and only) BBR, there was an internal plastic shaft which came loose. not a very big problem, but it depends on how you can kick up the fuss and nego a partial refund..

in the end i got back around RM120 for compensation..



And the best thing? the plastic shaft took me no more than 5 mins to glue back without a hitch..

WTH! blu3hamm3r & hacken, really bad luck la..seeing the pictures also dah sakit hati. Crap packaging!

that looks very bad.. BUT still somewhat better than my previous UT models' mclaren..

the ironic part was, the box was fairly good condition, but the model:

-Both door's hinge broken.

-Spoiler broken

-Aerial bent

-Scratched and torn decals

-Missing wing mirrors.

blu3hamm3r: wahlau. That mirror like that, I would send it back. even if you glue it, it's gonna leave a mark. And considering u mention quite alot of damage, it's just ridiculous. And also the way he pack also like sampah already. definitely must contact the seller already before you go ebay. See what he's got to say.

hacken: thankfully your model looks okay? I'm lucky I have not experience terrible packaging like blu3hamm3r but I've heard alot on poor packaging. Some even just send the model(without box) in a bubble envelope.

What to do..the more frequent u order...the more risk u can encounter!

So far, I have bought 5 1:18 through postage. 4 local, 1 oversea. No issue on local (Sky & Lenewin: Nice packaging bro. ), as for the oversea, Post Malaysia handle the box really bad..luckily the seller put extra box inside. Means 2 layers of protection. Nice packaging!

Just log a complaint to the seller asking for refund. Bcos he is not accept return goods.

98.8% Positive feedback will handle a packing like that. Worst than wrapping a dog shit.
