I usually don't really care about the score. I see from his feedback. If the complains are the same and frequent...then I know the seller is not really trustworthy. But if got negative feedback for happens...once every six months or something, then I will trust it more because...human make mistakes mah.

Partial refund = You get some compensation by refund from seller + get to keep the broken car Full refund = You get full refund + you have to ship the broken car back to seller Sometimes if you get in touch with the seller first without opening a case with Ebay, the seller might be nice enough to refund you in full + get to keep the broken car. |

Looks nice, but still the point is it will never have operational doors anymore.. Obviously he is trying to shirk responsibility. submit ur pics to paypal, that one is important. hope u can get ur rightful claim back.. the seller's being an idiot to firstly pack the car like this.. there's not the way to pack a beautiful GTR! jchue73: Lao Pan, I can feel your frustration... It's part and parcel of buy things online. So hope you manage to get the full refund (ebay buyer protection scheme)... normally you get to send back the broken item at your own expense.
Nice BBR F430 GT2 you have there, esp that Risi Ferrari was a proven winner, both in LM 24 HR and ALMS. Well, as days passed my passion in this hobby is slowly fading out. Now, I'm in the post collection stage (just to complete those few missing one (usually hard to find items))... Perhaps, it's time to call it a day. Some photos taken few months back...
