No gaps. The stitchings on the side is uniform. The front of the pouch has an embossed "Galaxy Note" letterings as well. The back has a hole that allows your Note to be heard when ringing. Basically, a perfect case/pouch combo.

frequent accidently pressing up / down the volume button everytime wanna on off SGN .. bcoz both button layout at same level parallel

Same. Depending on how big your hand is, you can hold it with your palm, and turn on and off the Note with your thumb over the power button. But that only works if you hold it in your right hand.

Maybe if you hold it in your left hand, you can use your index finger over the power button. You will have to fold you thumb over the screen, coz yup, your thumb now will be too close to the volume button.

The only reason why I have not considered Celcom, even though it is reputed to have one of the best 3G coverage, is because nobody in my social circle uses Celcom... But heck, if the connection sucks, I may just give Celcom, or Maxis for that matter, a try...

I tried to download some apps from Market and shows "incompatible" e.g. SManga, Endomondo, Photoshop... etc. Why ???
