I wonder why Route 66 is consistently draining 20-30% of my battery life, anyone knows what is running behind?

Guys, is there a reason why my streamyx speed (512kb) is faster than my Unifi (5mb) line? the unifi speed is too unstable on my note sad.gif

Well I get good speed like urs after changing the channel abdomen other settings. But only complain is the inconsistent transfer speed.

What wifi router are you using for your Streamyx and for your Unifi?

The stock Unifi wifi router is crap. If you're using that. perhaps that's the reason for the crappy performance.
The 3rd party one you posted above looks poorly made.
Looks like you're on Wireless N?

Oh anyways, my first screen capture...  biggrin.gif

This was from the first charge out of the box. Very light usage. Few SMSes plus a little bit of Youtube / web brousing. Wifi switched on all the while. Perhaps it helps that I'm only using GSM only at the moment.

Should I get a new router?what is ur recommendation? Note can't support wireless N right?

Wrong...  Galaxy Note supports HSPA+ (21Mbps), 802.11a as well as b/g/n, and Bluetooth 3.0

I see. But how come previous poster suggest to change the router setting from bgn to b/g only? Could it be the suckiness of TM router and not the Note's problem? If yes, then getting a new wireless N router will solve this?
