QUOTE(andrekua @ Dec 7 2011, 09:24 PM) Digi is not bad outdoor but I bet many agree with me their indoor coverage sucks to the max. Don't be surprised to find out that you will be on EDGE even in some popular shopping malls. Hi,I m in penang. Digi coverage here are extremely good and stabil. Most of the shopping complex works fine. From perda to penang island working in good conditions.. |

QUOTE(jchue73 @ Dec 10 2011, 05:20 PM) What do you do with the 3G and Wifi? Do you play games, Youtube, browse the net? Continuous heavy usage would be like that. i received the sms warranty a few minutes after got my gnote. from SEP first avenue, penangNo idea because the SEP did the online warranty registration for me as he claimed that there are some things only they can do to make the warranty 2 years. Received the SMS warranty confirmation 2 days later on the 2 year warranty. Perhaps can ask how the other owners who got their units from SEP did their warranty registration... Care to give an example on how the pen is not sensitive? |

QUOTE(dchk @ Dec 13 2011, 05:28 PM) Personally, when I got my SGN the first time and own it for the past 3 weeks (and not during the demo display viewing), I notice how the size is compared to the rest of the phones. However, after 3 weeks with the phone, I realize how small the screen of other phones are and how comfortable (viewing) it is with SGN. I guess it slowly gets into you. No issues carrying the SGN on trousers (again I don't wear tight jeans and not baggy trousers either). Only thing I wanted to get to avoid stares from passerby when you are on the call is a good bluetooth headset. Partly, this is also due to the low in call volume when receiving a call. Got a nice Jawbone Icon for RM270 which has a nice android app that tells the time, calendar notification, bluetooth battery status with nice human voice. Worth the $$$$ and kickass noise cancellation. yeah.. i know how u feel. holding my pa gs2 also felt so small.. kekke |

QUOTE(jchue73 @ Dec 14 2011, 03:12 AM) Was also looking at the Razr in the beginning but the Note was more attractive spec wise. hi,Can you see the Wifi logo on the top screen? If not, then there is no Wifi signal around. The Wifi logo will reappear again when you're in the vicinity of that Wifi signal. If you go to a new place and there are new Wifi signals around, the phone will give a Wifi signal with a question mark (?) notification on the top left side. This is assuming the Wifi is switched on all the time. I'm still playing around with Sygic Aura. Overall, I'm quite pleased with it. Used it on the way back from KLIA to my home just now. Perhaps mostly the Note renders the map beautifully and fast. The thing that impresses me is that it locks onto the GPS signal very fast. Signal reception is also excellent. Well, I'm comparing it to my old Garmin 205W. May not be the latest and greatest model but the signal lock on the Note is as fast if not faster than my Garmin. Anyway on the plane, I tested it out but I was surprised that I could not find altitude data. Anybody can point out where to find it? Oh yes, Samsung is really pushing the Note. Everywhere I see adverts on billboards. This one is just after the customs check before you go out of KLIA. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « i also having the same problem with you to find the altitude data. the only data i can find is through the sensor test (*#0*#) btw, here my other notework.. ![]() This post has been edited by ohmlawx: Dec 14 2011, 01:38 PM |
