Feels Pro 900 IEM would be perfect. Great clarity at its price. Can here guitar strings clearly. Warmish tones for the vocals. Lack of bass but your music genre doesn't seem emphasized on it.

Why not Feels Pro 900? BA driver like PL50 but with warmish tone. Some say similar to Meelec's A151 driver.

Hows about a HiSoundAudio PAA-1 Pro? Search for it in Trade zone. Only very slightly higher than what you ask for in price, but praised for its bass quantity and quality amongst earbuds of its price.
