How is the battery life for your Lumia 800 with 3G turned on...(with or without Whatsapp?)

If I go to Diagnostics > Battery Status > Full Charge Capacity is fluctuating between 1200-1300.

Pretty rubbish for me, but I'm led to understand that it's due to poor 3G reception where i live. My battery was draining overnight (with whatsapp) at 25% on standby(!) over 8 hours, with all other data connectivity switched off.

Full Charge Capacity for me is between 1300-1400 but I've been charging quite aggressively due to heavy gaming usage last week or so.

My battery was even worse. Last night before I went to sleep at 10.30pm, I decide to turn off my data as to save my battery. At that time my battery level was at 85%. So to my surprise, when i woke up this morning at 6.30 am and checked my phone battery level left only 38%. without any data it consume much more power? its so weird and wrong

Any idea?

Disable 3G and check the effect on battery life.

Mine was pretty good, 35 hours of battery life with some light-moderate usage and WiFi on. Maybe try check your hardware firmware that it has been updated with the battery fix?

simple, before go to sleep, turn off Data connection since there are some apps that will checking Internet for the latest updates especially the one that utilize live tile. You can check it from Settings>Applications>Background Task

How much you get for the holder? And is your Nokia Drive working fine? Mine was pretty inaccurate in Penang, was curious whether is this my chipset issue or software issue. If it's chipset issue...

I do turn off my data connection. Thats why im so suprised why the battery flactuated so much.

this holder very difficult to buy not every nokia store have it, lucky me found it at mudah.com, cost me about RM100.

my nokia drive work fine. have you try another gps apps ?? im using Turn By Turn.
