Grill depending on the steel types also lah..cheapest 1 is normal steel...if iron or stainless steel...just prepare you wallet with 5-10k and more lah + GST coming soon for a whole windows and doors

any suggestion that after install grill wont feel like jail cage due to the glass doors/windows are huge and tall???

no potential but somehow price go up and up then every new projects launching will be sold out hehe

maybe nearby family punya son get married, move out to stay nearby parents, so buy there.
Cant consider investment.

Price how much now for a double storey?

Depend on which part are you refering... if Southville near Sg Buah touching RM800k.

If Saujana KLIA starting RM429k... taman emas RM580k++

Bandar Puteri Kota Warisan starting RM480k... Salak Tinggi starting RM370k

Im an owner of course I already know its potential. People who hasn't put any time or effort to understand this area and do their homework, instead spent a few seconds typing a few lines like "imho no potential la", why be so serious to them... Right?

Before i bought the property, i spent hours driving around this area. and i continue doing my homework even after i had the purchase completed because i like to find out about my possession and the surroundings of my possession. so i dare to say i understand this area as my home even before i received the keys. and i enjoyed doing it... so...

Both Bangi and Dengkil i am not dare to spend few seconds typing a few lines as comment because was not spent hours driving to do homework..

i had visited IOI website, it seem huge development in KW.
Sincerely hope XiaMen and Mitsui shopping center can bring kota warisan up, and then Nilai. thumbup.gif

you don't speak about fact mate. Cyberjaya is no longer potential anymore now.. it has malls coming up and MRT connected to the city. People who debate on the basis of their assumption is not only misleading to other people but at times can create alot of frustration to other people thinking why people never research about a place but speak out just what one thought? your thought doesn't mean is true ok? what is true is the fact. Otherwise the sharing and debate will go no where because your thought about a place is just own assumption but the reality is that, it's the reverse of what you think.
