Grill depending on the steel types also lah..cheapest 1 is normal steel...if iron or stainless steel...just prepare you wallet with 5-10k and more lah + GST coming soon for a whole windows and doors

Im an owner of course I already know its potential. People who hasn't put any time or effort to understand this area and do their homework, instead spent a few seconds typing a few lines like "imho no potential la", why be so serious to them... Right?

Before i bought the property, i spent hours driving around this area. and i continue doing my homework even after i had the purchase completed because i like to find out about my possession and the surroundings of my possession. so i dare to say i understand this area as my home even before i received the keys. and i enjoyed doing it... so...

Potential means the population have urge to stay over there and more of commercial activities.
Not buy to keep hoping people will go stay.
people tend to cheat themselves on what they are buying is potential.
Everyone is doing like this in Malaysia.

The fact is it may not happen as you think.

Cyberjaya 10 years ago everyone say potential.
10 years now also call potential.

Dengkil development 10 years ago compare to cyberjaya how?
Which one "look" more potential?

Kota warisan, this projects seems long long year ago also in my memory.

Both Bangi and Dengkil i am not dare to spend few seconds typing a few lines as comment because was not spent hours driving to do homework..

i had visited IOI website, it seem huge development in KW.
Sincerely hope XiaMen and Mitsui shopping center can bring kota warisan up, and then Nilai.

Add on to it like.... KLIO, Glomac Saujana KLIA, Tabung Haji Convention Center & Sime Darby Serenity

you don't speak about fact mate. Cyberjaya is no longer potential anymore now.. it has malls coming up and MRT connected to the city. People who debate on the basis of their assumption is not only misleading to other people but at times can create alot of frustration to other people thinking why people never research about a place but speak out just what one thought? your thought doesn't mean is true ok? what is true is the fact. Otherwise the sharing and debate will go no where because your thought about a place is just own assumption but the reality is that, it's the reverse of what you think.
