Existing supply volume in cyber not enough for the young gen?

From what I see, supply more than demand, many units no lights at night yet

So the people move to buy in Dengkil property developed by branded developer which have potential.

Maybe we can compare this and rawang. Rawang was in similar condition 10-20 years ago. How many years it in dormant before it bloom to what it is today?

Dengkil, with good amenities, it can grow. KLIO, unless u move there to shopping there everyday. Xiamen Uni, unless u move there to study. Basic needs like connectivity to KL (new exit), public transport to KL (ERL) is available.

Dengkil, is much more like a hutan right now. But I love to knw that McD is available. McD = good amenities for me. Haha.

After 10-15 years, how's Rawang now? Still like hutan right?

Not that bad la, have more shop houses and property.
but it doesn't developed rapidly, just a slow pace mode

Actually Dengkil just a small town only & might be quarter of Putrajaya.
- North of the town Dengkil is bordered with Cyberjaya / Putrajaya
- Western areas leading to Bukit Changgang - Olak Lempit - Banting still many oil palm plantations and kampung.
- East areas, mostly malay reserve kampung and land - Jenderam Hilir and Hulu, Kg Sg Buah - Sg Merab - Bangi
- Southern - bordered with Kota Warisan ( KLIO, Xiamen U, ERL, IOI, Sime, Glomac, KIP - townships ) Salak Tinggi, KLIA, Sepang, Nilai.

BTW, CBJ is part of Dengkil.

Previously. Now CBJ already a standalone district under Majlis Perbandaran Sepang since 2013.

Same district of sepang and under majlis pembadaran sepang.
However different postcode and address. .there is no cyberjaya name in dengkil address.

Now seems that a lot of construction activities near Kota Warisan..... the XiaMen Uni construction seem already kicking... MITSUI Outlet also already near completion...
