I just communicated with the agent from MBB and she says MBB has not pulled out. As a matter of fact, she said MBB approved my loan, only pending some documents from the developer. Maybe you can contact your MBB agent again to ask for more details.

Someone in page 32 of this thread also mentioned that MBB pulled out. I'm not sure why there's such a confusion or rumours. Competition?

I come to realize that there are agents moonlighting personally for other banks. Perhaps it is best to check whether the agent is really representing MBB.

I am thinking of getting another unit here. Do u think it's wise to do that or just search elsewhere? I cant seems to see any new launch at I property... Where else can we know the upcoming launches? I am also looking at sunway velocity

There will be some dropouts from Block A and Block B. u may contact with the sales staff for the 2nd unit if u want to buy a 2nd unit. Treat them good so that they wont increase the price as Block C.

Alternatively u can check few properties forum, there would be some forumers update the new launching.

Wah! unit listing price is 729K before developer discount. Those who buy property before 2009 sure strike lottery now. Dunno is there any reason or way for the property price fall.

Hah...same goes for is there any way for the gold price to fall back to 2009 level...I doubt not....

I have a unit from block A to let go, Type A1-1426 sf. PM my ur phone number if interested. Developer sale price RM640000. Now block C price has increased for Rm100k for similar units.

So fast increase. Better than buying lottery or kena lottery.

Ya buy lottery u pay rm2 hoping to get rm100k. This one rm640k get rm100k. So lottery still better. But if u think ur chance of striking lottery too slim now this is ur chance. Pm me if interested.
