May I know why u cancel, is it in Block A or B? I think better to ask the sales advisor that attended to you when you place the booking.

If true the Buyer will never find out the actual reason and maybe the slope issue is one of the  factors.

If MBB rejected the loan then Buyer can go to other Banks and please make sure that the Bank will aprrove the loan before signing the Sale and Purchase Agreement if not 10% deposit will be forfeited if Buyer cannot get the loan.

Block B facing swimming pool means facing forest as well, no PJ or Mutiara view. I doubt can view Mutiara from any of the units. Corret me if I'm wrong.

According to SA,26th onwards will be mutiara view and I notice 2 gsm towers nearby.

Actually if the nett income is 5k still doable for lower floors unit for block A if there's no other major commitments like car loan or another prop loan and with loan tenure 30 years and above. Some banks do accept commitment up to 70%.

Heard many drop out before s&p

No surprise, with the implementation of LTV 70%, not many qualified to buy.
Heard from friend that now no longer allowed change name for entitlement. SO if u want to forgo your unit, they will just deduct RM600 admin fee and refund u RM9400 (RM10K deposit paid minus RM600).

Got a unit to let go in block A, 17th floor, 1610sqf, facing EAST/FOREST.
