full amenities vs no amenities
security vs no security
for subsales Link hse, need to spend good money for renovation.

But frankly speaking, 2s link hse in BSD is not a bad choice for own stay.

the price hike for the past 3-4 years made landed property a better investment for the years ahead, security and amenities won't make much different when you look backwards in the future.

It really depends on each individual's preference and style actually. Some ppl have stayed in landed in half of their life and they might just want a change of environment. Many ppl argue that one needs to pay maintenance fees to live in apt or condo but do bear in mind that, one also needs to maintain the landed property once in 5 or 8 yrs (wall painting, repairing roof due to water leaking, auto-gate service/repair, GnG monthly fees if any, etc.). The cost might be equivalent if not higher in the long run.

Plus high rise with lifts to every floor is more elderly friendly. You may hv a nice big house with more than one storey but when you're old with weak knees, also end up staying in the ground floor room of your house.

Foster Estate is related to Mammoth Empire Group if I'm not mistaken. Proposed "Empire Trilogy" project.

Starting from Bandar Utama all the way to Kepong LDP intersection, you'll see rows of Skyscrapers. This is year 2020.

Bandar Utama still got some future highrise projects near the LDP. Not to mention the backside of BU...

Mutiara Damansara have their own... and don't be surprised Nucleus may end up with more floors.

Damansara Perdana family.

Empty lands next to Flora Damansara.

Empire City.

Damansara Foresta.

Damansara Avenue.

** Opposite Flora... got some highrises by Mayland and two blocks by Country Heights.

** I also not surprised if TTDI Market and TTDI Telekom building both will be gone too. TTDI itself got its own good cluster, overlooking the good cluster in Damansara Uptown.

All sifu,
I place rm10k booking fees during launch date. What are the procedure to cancel my booking in order to get back rm9400? Do I Ned to get banks letter?

Please share your experience.......

May I know why u cancel, is it in Block A or B? I think better to ask the sales advisor that attended to you when you place the booking.
