Both block B+C sharing the same view for same facing as they r in the same straight line.
what he is trying to say is that Block C has more chances to get a drop out unit as block B launched long time ago, i.e. on the 2nd day of the preview.

The road leading to DF will be expanded to 4 lanes, 2 lane at each side. This is the requirement by the land office authority before the phase 1 vacant possession. I believe the developer will go extra miles on what u have suggested, as this is a 10 years projects, they still have phase 2-4 to sell.

Damanasara Foresta Phase 1 all 4 blocks, sales preview since last year Jan, SNP signed mid of 2012.
From the kpkt website, it shows that 90% of units are sold. Now DF is clearing the remaining 10%, which I think moving quite well.

This project completion date is 42 months from the SPA, whist around 12 months had passed, so 30 months more to go to clear the remaining 10%.

At this stage, DF will attract more who wants to buy for own stay, not much investors.
But at the current price of RM600psf, I believe it is still affordable.

there are several pools, each block has its own roof top garden, each unit has 2 cp. and the forest size is 21 acres.
