Yeah. It is alright to share, the more visitors the merrier.
Like Desa Park city lake front, it is open to public as well. I can see many jog there and play fire works during new year eve count down. With this, the project will enhance its popularity.

Crime happens any where, DPC lakefront city's Maybank has been robbed many time, our Deputy Prime Minister's family and Chief police inspectors house also got robbed last week.

It is not limited to forest.

park Is the subset of forest.
DF has Hammock park also, besides the development also have hot spring, fruit orchard, picnic ground, tea houses, butterfly garden, jungle track, and the list go on.

This we knew from day 1.
The forest reserve is referring to class 3 and 4 slopes, I believe not many public wanna go up, unless u r DF residents.
The phase 2 will only be launch in 2014.
Phase 1 launched in May 2012, vp end 2016 (42 months)
Phase 2 to be launched in 2014, vp in 2018
Assuming each phase launch in 2 years gap then
Phase 3 launch in 2016, vp in 2020
Phase 4 launch in 2018, vp in 2022.

In my opinion 2800 units delivered in 10 years time till 2022, or 280 units per year, not considered high density.

Comparing the other developments around such as Dsara flora (low medium ends) and Tropicana Grande( Highend to luxury), this is considered lower density.

Regardless who manage the 21 acres of forest reserve after year 2022, it is still a selling point of DF.

Like lake front facility in DPC, even it is a public shared facility, not owned by any residents of Zenia, North shore, Adiva, Adora......
It is still an added value to the whole development.

With the leftover 10% of either west facing or high floor with inflated price. It would be hard to sell, but then any development if 90% sold, developer can goyang kaki already.

The said link is just an emergency exit for Rafflesia residence, not open for public. They hv no plan to do that.
Otherwise Persiaran Meranti will sink.

Price already inflated and increase at least RM150psf or 35% from the first launch. At this stage, only can attract own stayers not investors.
