Block A reach 21st floor? Block B & C seems on same pace is it?

Any relation to Foresta?

Greedy Flipper + Overzealous Property Agent = Overpriced Property. Fullstop.

Whatever it is, for that price must as well buy at DPC. Way ahead better than staying in Sri Damansara.

That would be at least 12 months away in order to smell phase 2...

Are they afraid that the current market unable to absorb the new price of RM700 psf?

But resident may need to bear with the construction noise much longer....especially during the foundation stage.

Tea house... Flying fox.... Told by SA? Or you have enter the compound of the construction site? 

IF PYS then based on their track record not bad as they have done projects for several big developers

My in-laws live there. To them, the telecom tower was there for ages. They were seeing greenery forest since 1990s. Until the developer build this foresta that cleared the hill greenery. They say the project should be called "de-foresta" instead 

And now the buyer of these project complain about the telecom tower 

I accept human progress always come at a cost to the environment. Furthermore I don't live there so not my concern    But I notice we always look at things from our point of view and interest. Neglecting that we are actually the cause of the problem. And yet we complain something already there as an eye-sore, whereas the property we buy is actually the eye sore to people who already living there for 20 years. People are very narrow minded

Foresta neighbor Semi D and Banglo lot starting selling as 3 million call (Airie), then foresta can ask psf 700++ when CF.

Pass by n saw a few floors fitted with glass window already

Block A n B looking very tall especially on the hill but progress of Block C looks slow

Actually im not DF buyer but i like the natural forest concept so much hopefully this concept will remain when it handover to MBPJ.

For those who bought phase 1 at Average RM5xx psf sell 10 years later at RM1xxx psf, ok lah, don't worry about traffic n stress over things u cannot control, be happy n in the mean time enjoy the forest view n facilities at DF
