I presumed the piling is almost completed by looking at the latest pic?
In first photo right side looks like some structure is already up.. hmm.gif

Finally received credit note statement from developer today. Amount is 10% of unit price - 10k downpayment.
I believe soon we will receive statement on piling work done but stamped loan agreement is not ready yet hmm.gif

I also received another letter today stating the piling and foundation of the building is completed. The letter is requesting for 10% disbursement from bank. I guess I need to chase up for the stamped loan agreement and get status from bank on the disbursement. Everything seems to happen at almost the same time/month.. sweat.gif

Quite likely, depends which direction the blocks are built. Pic taken from Giant KD where the 2 telecommunication towers are visible and the blocks of blocks of apt/condo below the hill are in Damansara Perdana.

I went to visit MK Land Rafflesia site and the SA took us on a contruction road which was just passing by and looking down into Airie, the Loh & Loh project, can see all the bungalows under construction. Also saw the opening whereby Rafflesia can access into Sri Damansara.

As per SA, only for Rafflesia emergency exit so no hope that it will be open to bypass LDP toll.

Have to say, the scenery at Rafflesia was good and the air was very fresh, full of oxygen  rclxms.gif

Lower floors of course cannot see beyond the hill. Am referring to those higher floor units and also the sky roof smile.gif

the block A to Block D need to be completed within 42 months. as all are sharing the same common facilities, swimming pool, gym, car park. The reason why developer launching late is becoz they need to clear all unsold units of the previous launch, and propbably wait till the public can absorb the prce.

Yup slow but I think steady. 1-2 months ago was 2/3 sold. Now is almost 80% smile.gif

U only signed the loan agreement last week? In that case, I believe you are not getting 90% loan because the next 10% loan disbursement's due date is mid of this month. Am still waiting for the stamped loan agreement. Need to chase up the solicitor again next week. Btw, mind telling the law firm you dealed with? Just found out there are 11 firms assigned by LnG.

This is ridiculous indeed. Anyway, my loan agreement was signed in March but its only sent to bank this week due to delay in developer side (this is what the solicitor told me). The staff in the law firm (different from yours) said that it's still in time for bank to disburse the loan and asked me not to worry. But I thought who is he to confirm on behalf of the bank. I will call my banker this coming day.

Latest update. Solitor has submitted the stamped loan agreement to bank and checked with bank, loan has been disbursed. This is after 2 days the agreement is received by the bank. Honestly, I didn't expect this kind of efficiency from a local bank. rclxms.gif
Next will check whether the interest will be settled by developer (due date is Sept).

It was due before raya. check with developer the other day, they will pay the interest in coming weeks.

Maybe they wait for some gd date to launch the last block..
