Will there be any highrise next to Rafflesia? I notice the land clearing is quite aggressive and it's on the slope too. The nearest highrise there is Armanee Terrace I/II. Hope no blockage from nearby new highrise in future.

That would mean we have to co-relate the two - the supplementary form/paper which states the DIBS schema and with the SPA which states the 42 months construction period.
