That's a jpen arylate carbon blade.Its hard to find & not much ppl using this aspyte blade too.

The butterfly aspyte blade (j-pen arylate carbon blade) is rare and difficult to find.
However there is a j-pen arylate carbon racket available for sale on ebay at this time.
If you do not like the rubber on it, you can always remove it and attach the rubber you like.

Finally, I managed to join as a regular for some table tennis games at a Chinese school in Taman Desa. There are some really good players there.

Its a Chinese primary school. The one just beside the mosque. I can't remember the school name. Will let you know tomorrow.
