Those want to join just give me name and says " I want to join lowyat 2012 Table Tennis Friendly Tourney"

Venue: UE3 Mr Ling Place.

Date: 11th February 2012 (Saturday)

The time needs to be change because during that time the tables is book by a coach.
Mr Ling recommend us to take a slot from 8.30 am till 11am. cause from 11am till 1pm the place is book by a coach. Just need to sacrifice your sleep and come in early. They usually open store at 11 but since we want to book the place we can book the place early and he will open it early at 8.30am.

Time: 8.30am ~ 11am. End at 11am or 11.30 am for Price giving ceremony.
Official Ball Use: Butterfly 3 Star
Each game 5 sets. Whoever get 3 sets win. If 3~0 must stop the game already scared not enough time. Each set win contribute points to the player.
Fee RM 10
All rules follow official ITTF.


For now we will set maximum player 16 people. Even if not enough 16 people we will still proceed with the game but bare in mind if less people maybe each of us need to fork out more for the table rental.

For prizes i will adjust accordingly. There will be table tennis goods, example such as table tennis balls butterfly, nitakku premium 3 star, or chinese rubbers,

This is the base calculation.
Table rental if not mistaken each table per hour at UE3 is rm 6 per hour. if three table for three hours. = RM54 (if we can finish earlier and if i get discount for the table rental I will add into the prizes section.

1st price RM45 (worth of table tennis goods)
2nd price RM35 (worth of table tennis goods)
3rd price RM25 (worth of table tennis goods)


Total = Rm 160
Provided if got 16 people each people fork out rm10
I will sponsor two boxes of butterfly table tennis ball for the friendly tourney.

Attach is the map from Taman Miharja LRT station. You can walk around 10 minutes should reach the shop. Or if you not too sure where is the shop you can just wait at the main entrance of viva mall as seen as the picture on below. The building curve area shown on the google map is the place that you guys wait for me to guide you later on.

Lowyat Table Tennis League Tourney April 2012

Venue: Star Elite Table Tennis

Cannot get to Union cause they only free during night time Saturday and Sunday.
We already tried in Uncle Ling place gold medal sports. Now we trying other places. So we select Star Elite. I am pretty sure lots of people never been to this place.

Number of table: 5 tables.
Date:15th April 2012 (Sunday)

Time: 9.00am to 10.30am or 11.30am

Official Ball Use: Butterfly 3 Star
Each game 5 sets. Whoever get 3 sets win. If 3~0 must stop the game already scared not enough time.
Fee:RM10 walk in Rm 8. another Rm2 I will keep for prize until end of dec for number 1 ,2 and 3 highest ranking.

All rules follow official ITTF.

(Every one join will get base 1000 as base points. All 16 players can play round robin with each other) No elimination round for this tournament.) ~The more you play the higher ranks you can get.

*The ranking system is not same as ITTF format.
*No restriction of players. Even you are newbie, average player,district, state or national also can join.

As for Star Elite table rental previously there are some people organize tournament there. They charge rm 200 for 2 tables for 3 hours. So if 5 tables it is going to be much more expensive. Is a little bit more expensive cause this place is much more wider and is air condition. Or you guys wants to walk in rm8 per person. RM 128

Rm 8 * 16 = RM 128

Still the same everyone fork out rm 10

Total = Rm 160
Provided if got 16 people each people fork out rm10


RM 160 -rm128 = rm 32

1st price RM 15 worth of table tennis goods
2nd price rm 10 worth of table tennis goods
3rd price rm 7 worth of table tennis goods

Or you guys don't want price and the price only be given during December.

As you can see the price is getting lesser and smaller.. if you guys want to contribute rm 15 we can set this for the next tournament.

novice 1400 will minus 10 points. minus 5 so total will be 1385

if between same rank and same subtiers there will be no plus minus 5 points.

win or lose both party will be awarded or will be deducted 10 points.

This value will bring forward to next game. until the end of the Tournament. and the value will bring forward to the next league tournament which is the month of June, August, Oct, December 2012
