Legend has it that Ian Fleming based the 007 character on himself (he wears an Explorer) and during the filming of the first bond movie, Rolex cheapskate dun wanna sponsor watch so the producer lend his own Sub.... and the rest is history.
Now we have Omegas milking the 007 product placements with countless 1/gazillion "limited" editions.
