Well for me is better. Battery wise improve a little. Not that significant though. My verdict is of you like Jb then wait til the JB one is one. The untethered one. Of you ichy hand like me want to try, then just upgrade!

Succesfully update to 5.1 yesterday through OTA. After using for 24 hours, I am very pleased with the performance and battery life. My iphone seems snappier when entering text to websites and I like camera button function. Overall good version.
One more, my phone home button is fixed!!!! Yeyy!
