Isn't the update was 170MB?
*
I download it was around 800mb. But perhaps OTA version is smaller?

Added on March 9, 2012, 2:37 pmI downloaded from this (for iPhone 4S):

In iOS 5.0.1, the sound quality of textone is better than ringtone; I noticed iOS 5.1 has solved the sound quality bug for iPhone 4S, they are now the same quality.

I feel quite a big difference in battery life although too early to say for sure. Will keep at it for a few more days before passing judgement.

unresponsive home button is due to slow responsive. its not broken, just slow to respond. after restore, everything is cleaned up, thats y it is back to normal. i assumed ur iphone must be jailbroken on 5.0.1
*
hmm, you probably right but i've never jailbreak my phone before. well, at least now the home button is back to it's normal state smile.gif

Glad to see those feedbacks on the battery life improvement. Ironically, still feel not convinced enough to go for the update.

My judgement , yes for some of the people out here , but it isn't for me doh.gif seems like standby at 1hour with 40minutes usage already cause 5% I think I am expecting too much as I read at some thee place , it was written there 1/4 of the usual 5.0.1 battery life's as that's sounds very implausibly
