Download from other site, then press 'shift' button while click update. A box will pop up for you to browse to the folder you save the file.

If we update via OTA, later when we do back up and restore from I tune, we need to redownload the whole file, right? (Since OTA only download the extra/changed files)

Apple is so misleading on this IPhone 4S can get 4G network after updated to IOS 5.1.

I feel like the IOS 5.1 is reducing the network reception to increase the battery life per cycle.
