not at all, just update la coz u can still root ur phone afterwards (if that is what u are worried about la). U can update from ur phone. Make ur own comparison & post ur findings here la if u don't mind..

Window shopping that day but can't be bothered to ask around & find a cheapo one. I bet u if u try to ask around,maybe they would say don't have/not yet.Just like Note casing = don't have/not yet from any phone shop there.I don't mind paying that much to a samsung shop coz if anything happen to my screen I can try to pin the blame on their non-original and cap ayam looking sp. The salesgirl didn't show me the sp box even.Maybe its a cheapo one & sold me a RM10 sp for RM50. My gut had that feeling after I left the shop.

I'm awaiting for a high quality matte sp where I bulk ordered with another forum goer here & still he haven't rcv it yet. I recommend that u don't use the flip case when u already applied sp. The flip case is fragile if u put in your pants pocket. The edges will gradually melt in time/given the right condition/temperature & becomes sticky that it can pull your sp awAy. Will share later coz investigating still on what caused it.

I also recommend you check out the previous pages of this thread because other forum-goers already shared links for a cheap sp from other forum-goers who had a WTS thread of it.

Uiks are you sure using flip case with sp caused this? I thought the flip case is built with strong material. I've been using it all this while but no melting effect. And my phone gets quite hot sometimes.

My original flip cover melt already. Now my note naked

Simple way to say, pc and phone must be on the same LAN/WiFi.

If you count like that then you gonna take another floor coz Low Yatt main entrance is at Ground floor then M floor followed by 1st floor. Just look at the floor signboard above the escalator and you wont be lost.

Try to update your firmware first via FOTA.
Setting > about phone > software update

Well, it's just to make sure that there are no micro scratches. That can be annoying sometimes.

Hi all. New user reporting in. Bought my set at pudu plaza for rm2270 + 85 for 16gb microsd card. Exploring it since yesterday!!

Gorilla Glass doesn't mean it cannot get scratch or break. If you always put the phone inside your pocket then be carefull as a wrong type of sand can micro scratch your screen.

Use root explorer browse to /system locate buildprop entry. Open it by Hold down select text editor. locate entry ro.sf.lcd density just change value to any lower in unit of 10 example 280 or 300 etc. Save file n reset

Try download and install any "Root" enabled applications from Android market. Search any apps that have the word "root"...

Mine RM12 for matte type. No scratch at all.

There's no indication in that screnshot that your phone is rooted or not. Download Titanium Backup and from its first opening screen it will tell you if it is rooted or otherwise.

No..based by the kernel your phone is not rooted and still on stock firmware.
