Nowadays, the purchased drink tracker is very quick.

It's very likely that it's not "keyed" into the system during the purchase.

My friend also "missing" one grande that we both have two weeks ago.

That's why I always check and keep my receipt to "argue" (if required)

that's weird it's already 1 week but still not yet updated
have to give them a call regarding this issue

After purchase and enjoying my cuppa, I would logon to the Starbucks Card website to check the details

When it was initially launched, the system was not stable and the drinks update took about 1-3 weeks.

On my recent purchase, it was updated immediately within <1 hour.

The Birthday field is no longer "update-able"

meaning?

Refrains people from changing it every month for free cakes, I think.
