how long does it normally took to appear on starbucks card regarding the beverage purchase?

it's been one week since the last i purchase on their carameal machiato
at the reward page still showing that

Free drink with registration 0 of 0 beverages purchased

that's weird it's already 1 week but still not yet updated
have to give them a call regarding this issue

but after almost one month, then only my purchase drink being registered into my account
by the way i still got on free drink from the activation of the card (does this free drink only applicable to certain type of beverages only?)

remember to post up the keychain once you got it
