I find it quite a pain when the baristas at some branches insist that I can't use my HSBC credit card for 10% discount and then pay my drinks using the Starbucks card. Each time when I try to pay the balance (since my card has little credit left), the barista will assume that I wanna reload with the cash (RM10/RM20) I handed to them. FFFUUUUuuuu...

I would normally order Tall size handcrafted beverage to get additional espresso shot for free. But some new baristas will still charge me for that additional shot.  |
