Apparently i was told that you can register a new card (pay rm20) and get the free registration bonus and from there transfer off the balance from your old card to new card.

Has anyone tried this?

Also someone mentioned about the questionnaire , it's a random thing that gets generated by the system when printing out the receipt. Depending on ur luck or how close u are to the barista, you'll get it from time to time.

When redeeming mine doesnt add a chop

Well looks like the system is down today. Cant pay using the card but they promise the credit the chop.

Now there's a new promo for reloading rm100. Once reload that amount you can buy a card holder (for business cards) for rm18.

I didnt really go and fondle the card holder but its basically a steel holder with the new starbucks logo embossed on the top cover. How many cards it actually holds I have no idea.

Yes, its randomly selected by the system... around every 50 customers will print out that receipt... sometimes they can game the system and give it to their regulars

No criteria, the idea of the survey thing is suppose to be random, but as in any system, they can game it to give freebies to their loyal customers (the ones that will give good review for them)

You can ask the barista to reverse the charges if they double charged you on this.
