Anyone one have 1.03 firmware to sent it to me? I need it so that i can upgrade the camera to Version 2

You can directly upgrade to 2. from any firmware

Okay thanks very much, I always think i need 1.03 before i can update to 2.00 firmware. Is there any useful accessories i can buy for x10? I am keen on getting the lens hood and ergonomic thinggy than use the flash hot shoe attachement. are they worth getting it or i better off saving the dough for something else?

It's not even out yet bro. Pre order price on Amazon is 600USD. Translates to RM1800. Maybe March i think.

Here's something interesting. They claim the new sensor can outresolve even the RX100 and 12MP 4/3 sensor. !


Tried to let go my X10 but no one wants it lol. Oh well i need for this CNY anyway.

Most probably. Fuji's lens are way batter than any of prosumer out there and sony's nex lenses.

Fujinon lens is superb! And does every lens element is coated with their Super EBC which highly claimed dramatically reduce flare and ghosting or just few glass elements is coated while others is only normal coating? Want to see and hands on the X20 very interesting.

hola ppl..just got a x10 2nd hand.. haha.. just only stepping into photography world.. prior experience is only iphone ..LOL.. hopefully this camera will serve me well

btw would u guys suggest i get a lvl 10 sdxc card or a lvl 4 one makes no diff?

nope.
im still on 1.02 since it doesnt bother me and im fine with it.

Unless you want to use the raw button as a q-button, there's not much use in updating the firmware.

how bout the advance filter function? thats only added in 2.0 right?

That I think so. The only one I think is interesting is the toy filter. But I've actually never used them before on the camera. Its too good for me to be bothered by those gimmicky filters

Sandisk class 10 45mb is pretty reasonably priced already.


Yeah. Quite like the Q menu. The extra filters never used.

So the difference in price between the X10 and X20 is only about RM200? If that's the case, better get the X20. Better value with newer technology, and IQ will be slightly improved too.

Pricing out RM1889 with leather case and 8GB card.. tempting!
