I can't get to research about this company (EKG) as there was little information about it in the Internet, the official website is a joke.
Fortunately that they reveal they are under Appco/Cobra group, then I can make a search for it.

They are just MLM company, telling you to be sales executive/management trainee for charity work and get commission from it.
I laughed in my heart so hard when the so called "trainer" mentioned there is no SOCSO/EPF and when you go outstation/oversea and will bear all the cost and no allowance.

What a joke, this was the first formal interview in my life, thank god I still have conscience.
I want to work in sales job but this kind system is not going to work, just a warning message to all LYN'er fresh graduate like me.

P/S: Many people should have already know this, I repost this as many may not know about their new company: EKG Network/ EKG Group.
I'm disgusted by their system and manifested themselves in charity. F**k it, if I want to do charity work I don't even want to earn a single cent from it, you guys are getting so much commission and you still feel proud of it. In the end of the day only a few cents will be really donated to the poor / unfortunate people.

how come good hr company like jobstreet, jenjobs can accept these companies as clients, dont they actually filter them? many get scam and now i wonder should i go for it or no. hmmmm

thanks for tackling this topic..it's such a great thing for us people to be more aware of this things.most especially for the reason that people will bite every give opportunity just to gain money not knowing the background of the company they're trying to get through.. well better if many can read this post.

hi, EKG Networks..... i went for the interview few months back for this company in Menara MAA. They called me back like 1 day later saying that I got the job. I didnt like what i hear and didnt accept the offer.

Recently, I went for another interview, company name is ManiaCorp Sdn Bhd for the position of MANAGEMENT TRAINEE-GRADUATE TRAINING PROGRAM IN MARKETING in Tg Tokong,not knowing that it was another sister company of EKG Networks......i gave them my resume and stuff and went tru' the 1st interview, next day the called me and say I was selected for the 2nd interview, which of course I rejected. =.="

I went there for 3 days only for training. looked at the certificate of SSM, it stated that this so called Astral Progress Sdn. Bhd. was established in May 2012.

3 days training only learn about graph in metatrader software. basically related to forex blablabla.... everyday we asked for offer letter but he kept saying "later,later". no epf, no socso. they mostly aim for fresh graduates. it seems like almost everyday got interview sessions lol. very new company but need a LOT of staffs?? i'm not buying this. waste my time and energy.

I heard people cheering and the admin told me that they are having their daily morning meeting and after the meeting I saw many of them came out from the room and went out of the office. I was so confuse why they are going back home so early as it was just about 10.30am.
Then I got to know that they are the Marketing Executives there, they are hitting their event side.
I was lyk in a different space; I joined the company just to see what’s going on there, if it’s not the right place I thought to do my internship with sum other company.

The 2nd day in the company, I joined the morning meeting and it was really energetic. It boosts up the day. That’s the culture there. People there was very friendly and they provide an excellent training especially for practical student lyk me, there was a place where I can learn a lot of things. They let us hands on the job. It’s a very vibrant place.

I made real good money there in that 6 months. I made about RM400-700 per week. For a student that’s hell of money…The one thing I don’t like is its 6 days working…I used to have my own time on weekends but during my period there I only have 1 day off….I wish to join the company after my studies….I wanna make MONEY….

as what i read on the other member posting, it's a scam or ?? not sure actually...

anyway, i went the interview few days ago... and wondering about the company now.

the guy told me that the company changed from EDENT to ASTRAL simply because there are new investors from US bought the company. so the management is different now.

then he also told me that, they work with some universities in providing this investment consulation and training to them. he mentioned some universities..... and also, the consultation that they provide are worth more than thousands simply because the method is not same with other banking or other investment company, they create their own method by experiencing it....

anyway, is it TRUE? wondering lah whether the US investors really bought the company? as i saw the company (if u allow me to stereotype), doesnt seem like that..

and other things, they told me that they are opening 6 branches in INDIA and soon in many other countries... WOW... i was like, amazed.... at one point, i felt it's a good one...

but after went home, i wondering now..... is it true?

Hi, i had interview with EKG Network recently.
just like what you mention, the Indian owner did not really tells me what the company does. not event details than yours,
but saying will ask me to go for presentation, (what to present also did not mention)
then says there's no seat in office but basically work outside to meet various client...other than this, details will provided during 2nd interview..

after few hours, they called to arrange for 2nd interview, but they mention have to stay there for more than 2 hours... i did not question much as it's a tele conversation and i was driving..

after read your msg, i wonder, shall i just call to cancel the interview?
cause it sounds really unreasonable as your msg mention.. somemore using "charity" as title to earn money....and sounds like scam....
