Please be aware of an online job offering (work at home-typist/clerk/secretary/supervisor/marketer/manager). You can see many this kind of job offering from some forum , free classified website and even JOBSTREET!

It's totally scam. You will require to pay an initial deposit as much as $100 (RM380) to start the "job".And the so call "doctor" will promise to pay you back when your pay reach $100. My friend have joined for a couple of month and the job is just post the advertisement on the forum or email to attract innocense people just like you and me to join this program (its totally non productive and doesn't have any products or services provided). When he reach the $100 target, he claim for the pay but he was totally frustrated and angry with the "doctor". That person email and ask my friend many stupid and irrelevant question to delay (totally don't want to pay).My friend have replied him a few hundred of emails and finally he gave up.  Now he lose his $100 deposit.

And also please becareful if you're looking for online jobs. Many "typist" that need deposit or initial start up cost ($300-$500 per week) is just want you to buy the "training material" that you must resell to others just like what he's selling to you.

Lastly my advise to you all is don't simply trust those website that sold you unknown products like some "success recipe". What they sell you is just want you to follow their step to cheat others with your own website...

Got invited for the interview which I attended today and they say they if I complete the management trainee program withuot a hitch I can become a manager and earn around 30k per month within a year and a half. This alone sounds too good to be true?? The office also another thing.. the people that are supposed to be managers and even the branch manager, or so I'm told, are all around 25-30 years old.  Another thing is I looked all around the net (including LYN) for "X-treme Dimensions"  but I found nothing at all. All I can work with is the description in jobstreet:

"X-Treme Dimensions Sdn Bhd - an affiliation of APPCO GROUP MALAYSIA, is a market leader in providing turnkey outsourced solution for international and nationally renowned companies. As a leading expert in Face-to-Face Marketing, we create opportunities and provide marketing solutions to enable our clients to take their brand, product or services directly to their chosen customer."

A bit fishy.

i was on MC last friday and had already throw resignation letter in beginning of this month. hence when i return to my office today, my HR told me that my Mc was consider as unpaid leave since i already tender my resignation, may i know i m entitled to get the mc as paid leave according to labour law ?

Hi everyone...i am juz graduated with a IS diploma. Juz wan to tell all something i feel important. I join the company called Cosmopoint in KL. Maybe u know it coz it is a college. I join as the server admin job. I wan tell everyone that Cosmopoint company is a bad company. It is cheating their own employees!! Pls if u wan to join, dont join dis u will regret very much!!

When I join, they say my basic pay is RM1500. and probation 3 month. They promise after 3 month will pay me RM1650. But..i wait 3 months, nothing... until 5 months then they prepare the Confirmation Letter. I sign it...and they never increase my pay... but nvm, i still stay becoz i prefer to get experience 1st not concentrate on $$$... but it become worse.

Even if u 1 minite late in Cosmopoint, your salary will deduct!!! they have check in sistem...total your amount of time late in the month, then deduct your salary... but, they can deduct more than you earn!!...dunno how calculate... include extra penalty. this is very not fair. I complain to HR and i really wan to write to business lawyer help me...but I no experience in this and also prefer juz leave the company...

environment there is very bad. boss dun care for workers feelings at all. u work hard for nothing...all they care is how to make your full use... thats all...

BUT.... when I wan to leave, minimum is 2 months... I didn't read carefully and didn't think carefully when I sign the contract. But all employee of Cosmopoint muz give minimum 2-3 months notice before quit. I apply so many jobs...no other company wan to wait me 2 months!!! So i juz leave... is wrong but really no choice.

3 months after i juz quit...the Cosmopoint HR call me back...demand I pay them 2 month salary for COMPENSATION!!.... how can do this?? I think this a way they earn extra profit....they make environment there bad, force ppl leave coz cannot give 2-3 month notice....then later ask money back from them!!!

Y ask money from me now after 3 month?? coz they know i got better offer....wait me collect my salary to pay them....this is call scam.

I hope all malaysians will understand my situation...i am not the first... when I join Cosmo, got 2 other ppl tell me not to sign the contract...but i didnt listen to them...

I wf another company now..is ok, no deduction and not kejam like cosmo did to me.
