No refund except the airport tax. The refund period start after you email them and they confirmed processing your refund and it will take 3 week to1mth. My last 2 refund within this period.

Anyway..just a different of few hours also want to cancel? Last time, mine even worse. I booked the departure date & my arrival wth 2 mths gap!!!..no choice but to cancel!!

Hi,
I just bought a promotion airfare to Singapore.
But, I wrongly booked the departure time.

i.e. I should buy the ticket with departure time at 3:00pm, but I wrongly booked at 1:25pm.

Any chance to get refund this incorrect departure time(at 1:25pm)?

BTW, I just bought another ticket at 3.00pm. sad.gif

AA provides nothing! The RM50-125 is extra charge for your infant mad.gif

They will provide infant seat belt if you ask for it.

I think MAS does not charge. Air Asia also did not charge last time but now charges for almost everything.

I don't think Air Asia will allow the infant to board if you don't register and PAY them. Please let me know if you manage to board without paying tongue.gif

It is a connection flight from A -->B-->C.

I will arrive at B at 12.15pm, so if the departure time from B-->C is at 1.00pm, I will not be able to catch the flight...sigh..

Hi, I am having some problem here. When I reached the payment part, I have chosen "Direct Debit". However, the website was down and I have the itinerary but it's stated "Need payment". What should I do now?

not compulsory. you can buy travel insurance from other providers but make sure you read their t&c.
many uncertainties occur during travelling such as delay, loss of luggage, mishaps, etc and this is when travel insurance will be handy.
some will buy, some will take the risk.
