I did post some info about insurance here before...

I have compare between AirAsia Insure Travel Protection and AXA SmartTraveller  VIP Plan.

I travel 5 person for 6 - 7 days.
AA: RM21 x 5 = 105
AXA: Family = RM121

AA is cheaper in price but when compare the benefits... AXA is the best. AA only have 6 benefits but AXA have 23.

The CS mentioned for direct debit is 2-3 hours period. For CC, not sure.

I tried going into "Manage my booking" during that 2-3 hours but it kept showing me buzz error. So might as well book again.

You may try

Ask AirAsia Twitter

or

AirAsia e-Form

I made several times of correction on some of my bookings, people asked my help on booking tickets but always provide wrong details mad.gif

lol, really waste of money la....
if i do not register the infant and upon check in i request to bring along the infant will they allow or they will charge me also???
if not mistaken MAS do not charge on infant rite?
*
I travelled with my baby last year and yes AA charges RM100 for infant. Doesnt matter where you go coz I noticed local or international flight also same price. Infact if you buys tickets during their sale/promo, your baby's ticket ends up being more expensive than yours, lol. They will ask if you want a special seat belt for babies during take off, if you dont want also can - FOC.
