Got question here i am confuse about the first name and last name. If turned the first name and last name is it will can't get on the flight?

If Tan ah gao
First name ah GAO
Last name tan

Oops... How if i just turned them? Need goto Airasia office and change it back?

Not sure about it....u can call their helpline I think....but the fees is expensive for the helpline =(

Hi,
I just bought a promotion airfare to Singapore.
But, I wrongly booked the departure time.

i.e. I should buy the ticket with departure time at 3:00pm, but I wrongly booked at 1:25pm.

Any chance to get refund this incorrect departure time(at 1:25pm)?

BTW, I just bought another ticket at 3.00pm.
