After linkage to kesas opened, this area better already. Surrounding soso leh.. but this type of area got plenty cheap food

After this road opened! The place are more jam le. Every morning jam till u-turn. Food r quite cheap compare to oug, puchong and old town.

sentosa? my childhood place. 1 way in n out, its a nightmare during peak hour. i swear no more this place for me.

Kesas r free but toward old klang road is nitemare. If u work at puchong, shah alam, sir petaling, bukit jalil all ok but other don't think so.

the site is quite a distance from PA1120 but actually only 1 or 2 stone throw away from tiara mutiara's crown n just across the river and along the old puchong road. aspiring purchasers should also take note that HTC is running very close to the project.

though many claim that crime rate has dropped but banks r still avoiding the entire area right from petaling utama, sri manja to sri sentosa.

This looks like the squatter area which they have clearerd behind Petronas, used to go there for piano classes 2-3 years ago so quite familiar with this place... several layman observations

pros:

- very good accessiblity - turn left at sri sentosa traffic light junction can reach sunway/subang 10 minutes, PJ in 15 minutes, turn right reach Midvalley in 10 minutes and is located along the main road with very ong tamans like OUG, Puchong, Taman Desa etc., is located next to NPE and old klang road..
- property pice is still relatively cheap
- seems to get more attention lately, i.e. open access road to kesas, lee chong wei sport centre open, new football field etc

cons:

- area is mainly low and medium cost apartments with one medium cost condominium at Sri Manja
- still have the reputation as a gangster area even though I dont seem to notice any gangster related acitivties
- quite a lot of foreign workers staying in the low cost flat, can see many factory buses ferrying them
- lack of banks operating in that area. in fact there is none if i could recall
- site is next to the HTC amd klang river

is the place nearby the 4000 unit parklane ?? where is the exact location?

i search for sentosa.. it seems like that place is across the river.. nearby there kah?

want to ask.. the klang river around that place.. will it cost flood ?
i bough a condo.. which is ngam ngam beside the river

then dangerous lo,, eventhough no flood, the river water might slowly make the soil become soften and may cause the building collapse....just like ken damansara 3 condo at ss2, just nearby river...then wall collapse...

Do you mind to tell which project you bought?

The Klang River had been widen and upgraded, so far no flood since upgrading as I stay around there 30+ years.

This project is located next to Avant Court and Sentosa Court, behind Petronas, only about 700-800m away from the main Old Klang Rd.
The morning jam not so terrible now after opening of the road to Kesas at the other end. Still manageable as I easily turn out to PJ side of the Old Klang Rd.

Compare to Taman Kinrara (my elder sister's place), the distance to the main Old Klang Rd is more than 2 km and jam pack with cars in the morning. Sri Sentosa is much better.
