QUOTE(un_id @ Nov 10 2011, 08:53 PM) I wonder... should be able to. Your contract should be extend for another 12 months. i think i heard some one mentioned this last year BUT i am not 100% sure it is DiGi or not. I still hv around 3 months contract with digi. Am i eligible to sign another contract with digi with the single line? actually my DiGi contract also only expiring on Dec 3 but hopefully i can just extend for another 12 months. But if they do not let existing customer like us to sign contract before expiry, they may lose us as their customer as we will be free and can sign up for any other telcos if they insist we need to wait for contract to expire before can sign up new contract. So more logical for them to let us extend the contract before it expires. This post has been edited by Cynox: Nov 10 2011, 09:06 PM |

You cannot mix Iphone plan with this Samsung Galaxy Note. You have to wait for your Iphone plan to finish only can apply for the Note. UNLESS!! You are buying the Iphone 4S. In other words, Iphone plan only can sit on another iphone plan. Cannot mix with other phones. So sad.actually my DiGi contract also only expiring on Dec 3 but hopefully i can just extend for another 12 months. QUOTE(wktan90 @ Nov 10 2011, 09:15 PM) DG Smart Plan™ & iDiGi Plan are both different thing. You cannot mix both of them. I think if your current plan is DG SMART Plan, then, should not be a problem. You can extend. I think! Tomorrow we will know. Don't take my word for it. I am using Maxis! Haha. |

If DIGI can keep you for another year, why they don't want. It's exactly the same plan. They do not lose anything but iDIGI plan, I think they "makan" your money more because Iphone is very popular among asians! |

Alot of people misunderstand because the one who allows contract extension is MAXIS, not DIGI. Maxis allows contract extension for their Iphone plan user not exceeding 30months after re-contract. Digi on the other hand has stricter code and definitely no extension of any of their plan. |

EDIT: ooppsss... looks like DiGi really has a bad business sense to not let existing customer extend contract. This post has been edited by Cynox: Nov 10 2011, 09:24 PM |
