it depends, sometimes if the area is serviceable already only yr house a few houses number not there then agent can help you register. No way with TM its possible, unless u are willing to wait for 2-3months if you are lucky.

most of time this is caused by human error, when keying in the address database sometimes a few address/unit number is missed out.

I just install unifi in my room.. They installed the decoder in my room as well.. My LCD screen have got a HDMI output .. It works.. But how do i get the audio as my lcd screen dont have speakers... Can usb speakers be used? How do i get sound? Guidance please . Thanks

mine have, lg led 2340. got speaker port. jack it with my headphone/desktop speaker and it works

I thought STB are unifi property? Because when u terminate unifi u need to return the STB to unifi..

Could be due to loose cable jumpering in the MDF/Server room. Other then that it could also be faulty equipment

do we have any outside alternative for the STB? does the STB come with output analog audio jack for PC Speakers? If can I want to use my pc speaker to play the sound instead of TV Speakers...

In my case the red light at optical indicator was caused by poor installation from the TM sub-contractor. The technician which rectified my problem said the finishing on the ends of the fiber should be slightly curve instead of a straight line which my installer did. Throughout my chat with TM technician, they said these installers hastily install everything just to complete the order, but when there is any problem TM technicians will have to clean up the mess.

i believe u can use the component cable (RGB), but not sure will work if u use HDMI to ur mon
if ur speaker supports optical input, i beleive there is an optical output on the STB
